This D4I0118 RF isolator operates across the 1.60–1.80 GHz frequency range. It provides a minimum isolation of 40 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and VSWR of 1.25:1 minimum, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal signal degradation.
Designed for reliable high-power handling, this isolator supports up to 150 W average forward power and 350 W peak power while safely managing up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durable construction and consistent performance in operating temperatures from -20°C to +65°C.
