Return and Exchange Policy

At Microdian, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return and exchange a product, and we want to ensure that the process is convenient and hassle-free. Please read our return and exchange policy below to understand the guidelines and procedures:

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Products eligible for return and exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data input.

Products marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return and exchange. Please check the product description or contact our customer support at ecommerce@microdian.com for further information.

SECTION 2 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and exchange. After this period, we may not be able to accept returns and exchanges.

SECTION 3 - RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate a return and exchange, please contact our customer support at ecommerce@microdian.com, provide the necessary details, such as your order number, invoice number, order tracking number, product information, product photo, reason for return and exchange. Once your return and exchange approved, you will be provided with an RMA # and the instructions on how to return the product back to us.

Please securely package the product before shipping it back to us, our team will inspect your returned item before the exchange can be processed, we reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable. And we will notify you the availability of the exchange product and any additional charges.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
All sales are final, no refunds are provided.

Refunds may be permitted in exceptional cases where the returned product is found defective due to manufacturer defect, and repair or replacement of such product is impossible.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the condition of the product and the product availability.

SECTION 6 - ADDITIONAL NOTES
Return shipping costs is borne by the customer. We recommend retaining proof of shipment for your records until the return and exchange is processed. Please note that this return and exchange policy applies to purchases made directly from microdian.com. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the return and exchange requests made before the policy update.
