Description

The D4C1013YMG-4K RF circulator operates across the 10.30–12.60 GHz frequency range. It provides 30 dB minimum isolation per junction, 0.2 dB maximum insertion loss per junction, and 20 dB minimum return loss per junction to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 25 W average power RF circulator supports up to 500 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems operating in cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator is magnetically shielded and optimized for operation below 4 K, making it suitable for sensitive cryogenic RF systems requiring minimal magnetic interference. The device has a maximum weight of 4.0 oz for stable integration in cryogenic applications.
