Description

The D4C0780 RF circulator operates across the 0.698–0.800 GHz frequency range. It provides 20 dB minimum isolation per junction, 0.4 dB maximum insertion loss per junction, and 1.25:1 minimum VSWR to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 300 W average power RF circulator supports up to 2,000 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing and protection. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, brass load body, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator operates within -20°C to +65°C and has a maximum weight of 9.0 oz, supporting reliable performance in high-power RF systems.

This dual junction 4-port circulator is available in multiple connector configurations. Select the appropriate option based on the required connector gender for Port 1 / Port 2 / Port 3 / Port 4. Example: Male / Female / Female / Female = D4C0780-1.
