This D3I9525S RF isolator operates across the 0.950–1.225 GHz frequency range. It provides a minimum isolation of 20 dB with insertion loss of 0.4 dB maximum and VSWR of 1.25:1 minimum, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal signal degradation.
Designed for reliable high-power handling, this isolator supports up to 250 W average forward power and 500 W peak power while safely managing up to 10 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durable construction and consistent performance in operating temperatures from -20°C to +65°C.
