This D3I9517S RF isolator operates across the 0.95–1.70 GHz frequency range. It provides a minimum isolation of 18 dB with insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum and VSWR of 1.3:1 minimum, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal signal degradation.
Designed for reliable high-power handling, this isolator supports up to 75 W average forward power and 100 W peak power while safely managing up to 10 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a nickel plated brass housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durable construction and consistent performance in operating temperatures from 10°C to +55°C.
