This D3I8292Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 8.20–9.20 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 25 dB with insertion loss of 0.2 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 25 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal performance in low-temperature applications.
Designed for reliable high-power handling, this isolator supports up to 25 W average forward power and 500 W peak power while handling up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
