This D3I6913YMG-4K RF isolator operates across the 6.90–13.60 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It provides a minimum isolation of 16 dB with insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal performance in low-temperature applications.
Designed for reliable high-power handling, this isolator supports up to 25 W average forward power and 500 W peak power while handling up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt with magnetic shielding for durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
