This D3I4312Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 4.30–12.30 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 16 dB with insertion loss of 0.6 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 16 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal performance in low-temperature applications.
Designed for reliable power handling, this isolator supports up to 20 W average forward power and 30 W peak power while handling up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
