This D3I3743Q RF isolator operates across the 37.00–43.00 GHz frequency range. It provides a minimum isolation of 14 dB with insertion loss of 1.2 dB maximum and VSWR of 1.35:1 minimum, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal signal degradation.
Designed for reliable power handling, this isolator supports up to 5 W average forward power and 30 W peak power while safely managing up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features 2.4mm connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durable construction and consistent performance in operating temperatures from -20°C to +65°C.
