This D3I2023 RF isolator operates across the 20.00–23.00 GHz frequency range. It provides a minimum isolation of 22 dB with insertion loss of 0.4 dB maximum and VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, ensuring efficient power transmission with minimal signal degradation.
Designed for reliable power handling, this isolator supports up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power while safely managing up to 2 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durable construction and consistent performance in operating temperatures from -20°C to +65°C.
