This D3I1927Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 1.99–2.73 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It provides a minimum isolation of 12 dB with insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal performance in low-temperature applications.
Designed for high-power operation, this isolator supports up to 150 W average forward power and 350 W peak power while handling up to 10 W of average reflected power. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
