This D3I1720 RF isolator operates across the 17.00–20.00 GHz frequency range and delivers a minimum isolation of 22 dB with low insertion loss of 0.4 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, it ensures excellent signal integrity and protection for microwave system components in high-frequency applications.
Rated for 10 W average forward power and up to 50 W peak power, this compact isolator handles up to 2 W of average reflected power to safeguard sensitive RF devices. The design incorporates SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for dependable electrical and mechanical performance across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
