Description

This D3I1625Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 1.62–2.45 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It provides a minimum isolation of 13 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal integrity in ultra-low-temperature applications.

Designed for high-power operation, this isolator supports up to 150 W average forward power and 350 W peak power while handling up to 2 W of average reflected power. Its rugged construction features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt, making it well-suited for cryogenic research systems, quantum computing setups, and advanced scientific instrumentation.
