This D3I1530 RF isolator operates across the 1.50–3.00 GHz frequency range and provides a minimum isolation of 16 dB with insertion loss of 0.7 dB maximum. Featuring a VSWR of 1.4:1 minimum, it ensures stable signal transmission and effective isolation for broadband L- to S-band microwave systems.
Designed to handle up to 30 W average forward power and 40 W peak power, this rugged isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. The unit incorporates SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for reliable electrical and mechanical performance across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
