This D3I1525 RF isolator operates across the 1.50–2.50 GHz frequency range and delivers a minimum isolation of 16 dB with insertion loss of 0.6 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.4:1 minimum, it ensures reliable signal transmission and effective isolation performance in L-band microwave applications.
Designed to support up to 40 W average forward power and 50 W peak power, this robust isolator handles up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect connected RF components. The unit features SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt for durability and stable electrical performance across an operational temperature range of +10°C to +55°C.
