This D3I1522Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 1.50–2.23 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 13 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal performance at low temperatures.
Designed for high-power applications, this isolator supports up to 150 W average forward power and 500 W peak power while handling up to 10 W of average reflected power. Its rugged construction includes SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt, making it well-suited for cryogenic research systems, scientific instrumentation, and demanding RF environments.
