This D3I1522Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 1.55–2.18 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It delivers a minimum isolation of 13 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring reliable signal integrity in ultra-low-temperature microwave systems.
Engineered for high-power applications, it supports up to 150 W average forward power and 500 W peak power while handling up to 10 W of average reflected power. The rugged construction includes SMA connectors, a passivated stainless steel body, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt, making it suitable for demanding cryogenic, quantum, and scientific research environments.
