This D3I1427Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 14.10–26.50 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It provides a minimum isolation of 14 dB with insertion loss of 1.0 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, delivering reliable broadband microwave performance in ultra-low-temperature systems.
Designed for applications requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power handling, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt ensure durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
