This D3I1420Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 14.40–20.20 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 4K. It delivers a minimum isolation of 20 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 14 dB, ensuring stable and reliable microwave performance in ultra-low-temperature applications.
Designed for systems requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power handling, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. The SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt provide durability and consistent electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific environments.
