This D3I1327Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 13.35–26.50 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It delivers a minimum isolation of 14 dB with insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring dependable broadband microwave performance at low temperatures.
Designed to support up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power, this compact isolator handles up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. The SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt provide durability and stable electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific applications.
