This D3I1320Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 13.90–20.40 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 20 dB with low insertion loss of 0.45 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 14 dB, ensuring stable microwave signal integrity across a broad bandwidth.
Designed for applications requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power handling, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt ensure durability and consistent performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific systems.
