This D3I1218 RF isolator operates across the 12.00–18.00 GHz frequency range and provides a minimum isolation of 20 dB with insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum. Featuring a VSWR of 1.25:1 minimum, it ensures stable signal transmission and effective isolation performance in broadband microwave applications.
Rated for 15 W average forward power and up to 30 W peak power, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt ensure durability and consistent performance across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
