This D3I1214 RF isolator operates across the 12.75–14.50 GHz frequency range and delivers a minimum isolation of 23 dB with low insertion loss of 0.3 dB maximum. Featuring a VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, it ensures stable signal transmission and reliable protection of RF components in microwave systems.
Designed to handle up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt provide durability and consistent performance across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
