This D3I1213 RF isolator operates across the 11.70–12.70 GHz frequency range and provides a minimum isolation of 23 dB with low insertion loss of 0.3 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, it ensures stable signal transmission and effective isolation performance in microwave communication and radar systems.
Rated for 10 W average forward power and up to 50 W peak power, this compact isolator handles up to 2 W of average reflected power to protect sensitive RF components. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, gold-plated copper contacts, brass load body, and nickel-plated CRS magnetic shunt provide durability and consistent performance across an operational temperature range of -30°C to +65°C.
