This D3I1117Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 1.14–1.71 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 12 dB with insertion loss of 0.9 dB maximum and a minimum return loss of 12 dB, ensuring dependable microwave signal integrity at low temperatures.
Designed to handle up to 200 W average forward power and 500 W peak power, this high-power isolator effectively manages up to 2 W of average reflected power. The SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel body, and gold-plated copper contacts ensure durability and reliable electrical performance in demanding cryogenic and scientific applications.
