This D3I1112 RF isolator operates within the 10.70–11.70 GHz frequency range and delivers a minimum isolation of 23 dB with low insertion loss of 0.3 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, it ensures stable signal transmission and effective isolation performance in microwave systems.
Designed for applications requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 50 W peak power handling, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflected power. Its SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, and gold-plated copper contacts provide long-term reliability and consistent electrical performance across an operational temperature range of -30°C to +65°C.
