This D3I1020 RF isolator operates across the wide 10.00–20.00 GHz frequency range, providing a minimum isolation of 16 dB and insertion loss of 0.7 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.4:1 minimum, it ensures stable microwave signal transmission and effective protection of active components from reflected power.
Designed for systems requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power handling, this compact isolator manages up to 2 W of average reflective power. The SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel housing, and gold-plated copper contacts provide durability and reliable electrical performance across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
