This D3I1013YMG-4K RF isolator operates across the 10.30–12.60 GHz frequency range and is optimized for ultra-low temperature environments below 4K. It provides high isolation of 30 dB minimum, low insertion loss of 0.3 dB maximum, and a minimum return loss of 20 dB, ensuring superior signal integrity in cryogenic microwave systems.

Rated for 25 W average forward power and up to 500 W peak power, this isolator is ideal for quantum computing, superconducting circuits, and other advanced low-temperature RF applications. The magnetically shielded design minimizes stray magnetic fields, making it suitable for highly sensitive cryogenic environments.
