The D3I1012 RF isolator operates across the 10.70–12.75 GHz frequency range and delivers a minimum isolation of 23 dB with low insertion loss of 0.3 dB maximum. With a VSWR of 1.2:1 minimum, it ensures stable and efficient signal transmission in microwave applications.
Designed for systems requiring up to 10 W average forward power and 30 W peak power handling, this compact isolator provides dependable protection against reflected power (2 W average). The SMA connector interface, passivated stainless steel body, and gold-plated copper contacts ensure durability, conductivity, and long-term reliability across an operational temperature range of -20°C to +65°C.
