This D3I1011YMG-77K RF isolator operates across the 10.00–11.00 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It provides outstanding performance with a minimum isolation of 28 dB, ultra-low insertion loss of 0.2 dB maximum, and a minimum return loss of 25 dB, ensuring excellent signal integrity in high-frequency microwave systems.
Rated for 25 W average forward power and up to 500 W peak power, this isolator is well suited for advanced cryogenic and quantum RF applications. The magnetically shielded design minimizes stray magnetic fields, making it ideal for sensitive low-temperature environments.
