This D3I1011Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 10.00–11.00 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic environments below 77K. It delivers exceptional performance with a minimum isolation of 28 dB, ultra-low insertion loss of 0.2 dB maximum, and a minimum return loss of 25 dB, ensuring superior signal integrity in high-frequency systems.
Designed to handle 25 W average forward power and up to 500 W peak power, this isolator is well suited for advanced microwave and cryogenic RF applications. The SMA interface, combined with a passivated stainless steel body and gold-plated copper contacts, ensures reliable electrical performance and long-term durability in demanding low-temperature environments.
