This D3I0913Y-77K RF isolator operates across the 0.90–1.25 GHz frequency range and is optimized for cryogenic applications below 77K. It provides a minimum isolation of 12 dB with low insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum, ensuring stable signal integrity in low-temperature RF systems.
Designed to handle 250 W average forward power and 500 W peak power, this isolator delivers dependable performance in demanding cryogenic environments.
