This D3I0890 RF isolator operates within the 0.80–0.90 GHz frequency range and is designed to protect RF amplifiers and other sensitive components from reflected power. It delivers a minimum isolation of 20 dB with low insertion loss of 0.4 dB maximum, ensuring efficient signal transmission and system stability.
With 250 W average forward power handling and 750 W peak capability, this isolator is well-suited for high-power RF applications.
