This D3I0810Y-4K RF isolator operates across the 0.80–1.05 GHz frequency range and is specifically optimized for cryogenic applications below 4K. It provides a minimum isolation of 12 dB and low insertion loss of 0.5 dB maximum, ensuring reliable signal integrity in ultra-low temperature environments.
