This D3I0507 RF isolator operates across the 0.50–0.70 GHz frequency range and is designed to protect RF systems by absorbing reflected power and preserving signal stability. It provides a minimum isolation of 17 dB, maximum insertion loss of 0.6 dB, and supports high forward power handling up to 300 W average and 750 W peak for demanding RF environments.
