This D3I0501 RF isolator operates over the 0.50–1.00 GHz frequency range and is designed to protect RF systems by absorbing reflected power and reducing signal instability. It provides a minimum isolation of 14 dB, maximum insertion loss of 1.0 dB, and supports forward power handling up to 40 W average and 50 W peak for low-to-mid power RF applications.
