This D3I0116 RF isolator operates across the 1.40–1.60 GHz frequency range and is designed to protect RF systems by absorbing reflected power and maintaining signal stability. It offers a minimum isolation of 20 dB, low insertion loss of 0.4 dB maximum, and supports up to 200 W average and 500 W peak forward power for demanding RF applications.
