Description

The D3C5814 RF circulator operates across multiple frequency ranges including 5.80–6.85 GHz, 7.90–8.40 GHz, and 13.75–14.50 GHz. It provides 15 dB minimum isolation, 0.8 dB maximum insertion loss, and 1.3:1 minimum VSWR to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency bands.

This 20 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing across multiple operating bands. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, brass load body, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator operates within -30°C to +65°C and has a maximum weight of 1.0 oz, supporting reliable performance in RF and microwave environments.

This model is available in multiple connector configurations. Select the appropriate option based on the required connector gender for Port 1 / Port 2 / Port 3. Example: Male / Female / Female = D3C5814-1.
