Description

The D3C5095YMG-4K RF circulator operates across the 5.10–9.50 GHz frequency range. It provides 24 dB minimum isolation, 0.2 dB maximum insertion loss, and 22 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 20 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing in ultra-low temperature cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt. The design includes magnetic shielding to minimize magnetic interference in sensitive cryogenic applications.

The circulator is optimized for operation below 4 K and has a maximum weight of 2.0 oz, supporting stable RF performance in cryogenic systems.
