Description

The D3C4012YMG-77K RF circulator operates across the 4.00–12.00 GHz frequency range. It provides 12 dB minimum isolation, 0.8 dB maximum insertion loss, and 12 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 20 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing in cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt. The design includes magnetic shielding to minimize magnetic interference in sensitive applications.

The circulator is optimized for operation below 77 K and has a maximum weight of 2.0 oz, supporting stable RF performance in cryogenic systems.
