Description

The D3C2640 RF circulator operates across the 26.50–40.00 GHz frequency range. It provides 14 dB minimum isolation, 1.0 dB maximum insertion loss, and 1.5:1 minimum VSWR to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 5 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing and protection at millimeter-wave frequencies. The unit features a K (2.92mm) connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, brass load body, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator operates within -20°C to +65°C and has a maximum weight of 0.9 oz, supporting reliable operation in demanding RF environments.

This model is available in multiple connector configurations. Select the appropriate option based on the required connector gender for Port 1 / Port 2 / Port 3. Example: Male / Female / Female = D3C2640-1.
