The D3C2342Y-4K RF circulator operates across the 23.35–41.50 GHz frequency range. It provides 12 dB minimum isolation, 0.8 dB maximum insertion loss, and 12 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.
This 10 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring efficient signal routing and protection at millimeter-wave frequencies. The unit features a K connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.
The circulator is optimized for cryogenic operation below 4K and has a maximum weight of 0.9 oz, supporting stable performance in ultra-low temperature RF environments.
