Description

The D3C1123Y-4K RF circulator operates across the 11.20–23.50 GHz frequency range. It provides 17 dB minimum isolation, 1.0 dB maximum insertion loss, and 12 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 10 W average power RF circulator supports up to 30 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring reliable signal routing and protection in cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator is optimized for cryogenic operation below 4K and has a maximum weight of 0.9 oz, supporting stable performance in ultra-low temperature RF applications.

This model is available in multiple connector configurations. Select the appropriate option based on the required connector gender for Port 1 / Port 2 / Port 3. Example: Male / Female / Female = D3C1123Y-4K-1.
