Description

The D3C0913Y-77K RF circulator operates across the 0.90–1.25 GHz frequency range. It provides 12 dB minimum isolation, 0.5 dB maximum insertion loss, and 12 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 200 W average power RF circulator supports up to 2000 W peak forward power, making it suitable for RF and microwave systems requiring reliable signal routing and protection in cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt.

The circulator is optimized for cryogenic operation below 77K and has a maximum weight of 3.0 oz, supporting stable performance in low-temperature RF applications.
