The D3C0227Y-77K RF circulator operates across the 2.00–2.70 GHz frequency range. It provides 13 dB minimum isolation, 0.5 dB maximum insertion loss, and 12 dB minimum return loss to maintain controlled RF signal transmission within the specified frequency band.

This 150 W average power RF circulator supports up to 350 W peak forward power and is optimized for operation at cryogenic temperatures below 77K, making it suitable for specialized RF systems operating in cryogenic environments. The unit features an SMA connector interface with a passivated stainless steel connector body, gold plated copper connector pin, and nickel plated CRS magnetic shunt for reliable mechanical performance and stable RF characteristics.

The circulator is optimized for operation at temperatures below 77K and has a maximum weight of 3 oz, supporting stable performance in specialized RF applications.
